Most recently she worked as the Financial Operations Controller for the California State CHIP program overseeing collection of $3 million in premium on behalf of the program monthly.

Ms. Morton is an accomplished PMP professional with excellent experience in leading complex, multi-faceted programs and projects.

Cindy is an acknowledged change leader with demonstrated success in providing tactical and strategic vision, leading and developing teams, coordinating resources, controlling costs, and building constructive communications between players to reach goals and high standards of professional excellence.
