Eric Brown is the President and CEO of the California Telehealth
Network.
Eric is an experienced manager in the telecommunications
industry, a 15 year veteran of the cable television industry with
a rare blend of senior level experience in cable network
affiliate relations and experience in managing multiple broadband
system marketing and operations.
Most recently Eric served as Executive Vice President of
Affiliate Relations for Herring Broadcasting and for The Africa
Channel, served as President of Western Division Operations for
Charter Communications and President of
David has been coordinating technical activities for the CTN
Project since the fall of 2007. Prior joining the CTN
Project, David served as an Assistant Director at UC Davis Health
System for fifteen years.
Denise has more than 15 years in professional experience as a
project manager and has worked with the University of Iowa, the
University of New Mexico and other prosperous departments within
the California government. She is a results oriented professional
with a proven track record of exhibiting exceptional management
capabilities. She has successfully implemented a variety of
Information Technology programs related to telemedicine and
healthcare ensuring their HIPAA compliance.
Denise is not new to telemedicine, as she worked on one of the
countries first telemedicine programs while
Cindy has more than 30 years experience with Financial and
Project Management.
Most recently she worked as the Financial Operations Controller
for the California State CHIP program overseeing collection of $3
million in premium on behalf of the program monthly.
Ms. Morton is an accomplished PMP professional with excellent
Sandra Simpson is the Executive Assistant to the President and
CEO of the California Telehealth Network (CTN). She brings
a wealth of experience, integrity and professionalism with
her. Prior to coming to the CTN, Sandra worked within the
federal government and non-profits in both the Washington, DC and
Sacramento, CA areas for more than ten years.
She has managed the development and execution of prosperous
programs and has worked closely with members of the U.S. Senate,
Christine Martin is the Executive Director of the California
Telemedicine & eHealth Center (CTEC), the federally
designated Regional Telehealth Resource Center for California.
Ms. Martin has served as Executive Director of CTEC for the last
three years. Ms. Martin has over 14 years experience developing
telemedicine programs including 11 years developing and managing
the operation of the California Department of Corrections and
Rehabilitation Telemedicine Services Program, providing of 75,000
clinical telemedicine visits and developing a
As Program Coordinator, Megan works primarily with the CTEC
Executive Director in the development of CTEC program
initiatives. Some of her duties include updating and maintaining
CTEC’s Telehealth Inventory, managing CTEC’s website and
developing content, and assisting with research and reporting .
