Kathy Chorba comes from a background which includes 18 years of telemedicine and health informatics experience, gathered from her previous roles at the Center for Connected Health Policy, the University of California Davis, in the Center for Health and Technology, and the Health Informatics Program.
Rebecca Picasso’s background includes 20 years in the health care industry with 10 years in telehealth program development. Prior to re-joining CTRC, Rebecca worked for Beacon Health Options, an ASO with commercial and Medicaid plans nationwide. Her work there included; California specific telehealth and ABA provider recruitment, contracting, telehealth program implementation, telehealth billing education and training, claims reconciliation, provider onboarding, and telehealth appointment scheduling.
Aislynn Taylor joined CTRC in 2017. She makes a great addition to the CTRC team with experience in customer service and brand management, as well as a fresh and innovative perspective on tasks. Her duties include scheduling implementation work-groups, site assessments, and training sessions. She also focuses on keeping CTRC up to date on our website and in the spotlight on all of our social media platforms.
Jeanne Russell joins the CTRC team with 15 years of clinic experience with nine years of program development and implementation experience. Before joining the CTRC, Jeanne worked for Ampla Health, a 13- clinic FQHC serving six rural counties in Northern California as the Telemedicine Advisor. Ampla Health, now one of the largest telemedicine programs in California has received multiple awards for telehealth performance and continues to be a model for other sites for achieving sustainability.
