Due to the recent developments at the FCC that indicate the $400 million annual funding cap has been reached, we have elected not to expand our list of approved HCF broadband providers at this time. We will continue to monitor developments at the FCC and we thank the bidders for taking the time to submit proposals.
CTN would like to thank all the bidders that submitted proposals for review. After final review of all the proposals and conferring with USAC we were not able to cost justify moving forward with the project. We continue to work with the Kern River Valley community in search of a fiber based broadband solution to meet the long term needs of local health care providers.
